Evening ppl just wanto share, went to motoworld wanted to get the $40 brake hose, no more already very sad so went to my fren bike shop and got a HEL at $60 cash & carry. Went to JB to pump just now at 7pm jam like no tml, check out e jam. Super regret going at that timing.

My god the Jam is unbelievable!How long did it take you to get into JB?5pm to 8pm is the worst time to get into JB.

every fortnight liddat oil the chain. where to buy the maxima? is it lube or wax?

 

Maxima, big bottle is $18, small is $11. Very gd very smooth but dun put too much. I oil every 200 - 300km or every bike wash. I wash once or twice a week.

Lube, super oily so cant spray too much. Gd for O ring chain.

can be bought around UM area the shops

or can go mustafa also got sell

if yours dun have the full chain guard be careful of where the lube lands

if on the tire side need to faster wipe off

if not when you corner might be slippery

 

or you can do your own DIY oiler

turn on when you need to oil your chain and turn off when you are done...

found knocking sound when step down gear using engine brake somewhere near gear box. not always, esp when higher speed like 70km/hr or more step down to 4th gear will have the sound.

i got the carbon colour one

actually both is the sama sama one

stainless steel braided hose

one slightly more ex cos of the brand

the swaging quality is sama

unless you get the super ex racing ones their heads are better and swaging different to handle higher pressure

 

actually if have the swaging tools and the heads stainless steel braided hose can DIY also

our stock hose is made of rubber

when it is new the rubber is still hard

after some time the rubber will soften and start to expand a bit

so when you brake you will feel your brake slightly less responsive and slightly spongy

the stainless steel hose will last longer than the stock rubber ones and cos of stiffness you will feel your brake more responsive

also stainless steel hose will not be as easy to cut as compared to the stock rubber ones

in case some one tries to be funny
