I totally agree wif u.

Sg govt is using the jam to regulate (or control) the number of people going Malaysia. The reasons are simple, we singaporeans, goes there on to spend, be it petrol, food, clothes, cigarettes, VCDs, DVDs, entertainment so on and so forth, in economy terms, the SG $ is flowing out of the country.

No matter what they do, money from richer countries will always flow out to lesser developed countries, its the same around the world.

If the govt wants to keep its own money circulating in its own country, give extravagant discounts to their people lah, which in singapore, wont happen.

On saturday morning i used the causeway to head to PG for some track action. Reached there about 7:40am, by the time i cleared the m'sia side, it was 8:45am. I spent an hour pushing a litrebike in the hot morning sun, in a 1-pc suit. That was not fun. I'd gladly pay extra to have faster clearance. I don't go into JB to pump petrol at all, just for track.

don't mind paying $5-$10 per entry/exit if there is a "fast"-lane. :)

5 to 10 dollar per entry ??? :faint:

yr bike tank must be 40 litre and above right ??

The guys at the track who took the 2nd link were also complaining about getting stuck for an hour at 2nd link.

yeah its jam every where be it first or second link

even they provide a lane for sg bike won't helps if the route to that lane is filled with msia bikes... so at the end of the day it won't helps too...

you deserve better from me, i can be better, i will be better!

It strongly depends on the timing that you hit the checkpoints.

Honestly this has been a long waiting topic / issue that IMHO that is a BIG NATO.

Majority of the SG bikers if not all thinks that having a Singapore only lane will def speed things up... for SG bikers, but what IS being done about IT?

Polls like this (I dun think this is the first, and definitely not the last) isn't going to do much / anything to help.

Can the forum act on the behalf of the bikers in SG to "do" something constructive about it?

It's usually not the bike, Check the Biker
