Why do u need a harness?

When i ride the bike , the rpm will keep decreasing after trying to ram higher, example like when ur bike didnt done the setting properly, My mech suspect is hardness wiring issue as it been modify.

Yah sounds like a jetting issue n not e harness. Why don't u get a second opinion? Where u normally service Btw?
