Ya sorry guys... I forgot to add that the guys who were testing the 2008 litre bikes all surely can pass their BMI. They averaged 165 lbs and were around 5ft 10 inches tall.

Alot of the guys who go track alot will be able to tell you that poor suspension setup results in low corner speeds due to poor handling and also excessive tyre wear.

hi mr raptor.. 2 questions. (1) how i do stiffen up my rear suspension of my drz? coz when i take deep corners, i can go a little wobble at the exit.. (advice pls)

(2) does taking my drz to pg, can really make my bike conditions worst? coz some guys say, drz is not suitable for track and will be spoiling the bike.. appreciate if u cud help me on this..

Hello Mister RAPTOR! My girlfriend told me that if my rebound and compression is too SOFT, I should take viagra. Will my RidING improve after that?

Heh, heh........ :)

Good that you posted the guide.

Just to share - don't forget that tire type, condition and size (190/50 or 190/55 etc), plus selected tire pressures all have a HUGE impact on stability. Add to that the smaller impact from ambient temps and rider positioning etc, and you have many variables to consider. Those numbers are a guide that a smart rider would use, and work from there to arrive at an optimum setting. Never be afraid to experiment with suspension.

1. Loosen the lock ring on the rear shock spring. Turn the adjuster to compress the spring more till the rear sinks by about 25 - 40 mm when you sit on it. Turn up your rebound damping and compression by at least 4 clicks harder.

This is only a rough guide and for a person who weighs about 75 kg. You need to further fine tune from there to suit your style of riding.

2. Who told you that? The DRZ is a supermotard. Supermotards are made for racing. If you take a scooter into PG...then I will agree it is not suitable.
