Problem With My NSR..

Hi All,I have a problem with my nsr recently...everytime when i start my bike in the morning..idiling is ok..but after riding 15 to 30 mins..whenever i stop..the idiling drop till very low n sometimes can even dies off on its own..if it does not dies off,when i throttle to move off..it has no response...no petrol going in..it happened before i do top overhaul..i have jux done top overhaul..n it is still the same...before i do top overhaul i have already change 2 spakplugs..so i dun think its the spark plug problem...pls advice on this...thanks..
