I can understand how u feel... Last time i sold off my bike also like this...

 

The engine is perfectly alright.... except some scratches.

 

The driver ran off... leaving the bike on the ground, at marine parade...

 

now looking for a new fender to repair.. if possible please keep me posted of the price of a fender thanks

i do the spraying of the skipper myself...

not that good but at least looks better than the first time i got it 2 weeks ago...

 

Willkhc, u'll get use with the bike after sumtime... first time i ride the bike feels so awkward...but now quite ok already..

 

anyway need to ask the skippers bros, will ur ride jerks when moving off from stationary...mine will sometime jerk after travelling some distance, especially at traffic lights... but some time ok.. any prob....?

 

and do u thinks the bike shop will still have our bike spare parts???

the jerking might have something to do with the clutch. do have a check with ur mechanic. and for parts, sure have.. just go to those specialised in scooters, such as future scootering, taihin, sunrise and BOTAK.

If no spare then i thought no harm to buy xtra and keep since my bike coe can last another 4+ years..

 

Anyway after using this bike for 2wks plus.. now feel good riding it... but yet to be caught in the rain...hope not..

 

Another thing, this bike does it have engine oil?? located where? need topup?

ES CYCLE is at desker rd.

2stroke scoot don't have engine oil lah. but got gear box oil.

anyway i think tai hin also have alot of spares in stock.

Sorry bro..first time riding scoots.. previous bikes all use engine oil.. even my car now using engine oil.. :-)

 

so bro how often must i change this gear box oil?

 

Heard frm a friend that tai hin is cheaper than the rest.. however i'm yet to go there... maybe soon.. just to ensure that my ride get proper care...

ES cycle is more on sales of parts.

You can try getting from those shop at kallang. I got my light blue one from them erm.. 4 yrs ago? But its worth trying yah Price should be less than 30 bah... I think

During my time, my skipper was getting 23 ~ 24 Km/ litre

so mine is ok la... considered this is >10years bike...

 

today my bike somehow cannot start... lucky i manage to kick it start..

when reach my carpark, i open up my battery and found the fuse beside it had melted... don't know wat causes it to happen.... willl try to get the fuse out later and replace it..

 

anyway wat is that fuse for?? and wat amp did it use??

i had juz bought a skipper, but the kick starter is spoilt, when i tried to kick it, i felt no compression and it wont bounce back.

i believe is 1:20 ratio mix. i read it from the forum. Bro, can u advise me with regards of the skipper. my bike seems to have a roaring sound when i accelerate. Cant seems to move responsive than the times when i just started riding the bike which is last week
