Hi, my advise is if you are not financially capable, do not jump into any cars. The post purchase commitment is immense.

Also the Honda found in Singapore in general are over-rated.

You need a good driver to drive the honda to be as fast as a less skilled driver on a equavailent VW, Peugeot or BMW on the track. Try putting the cars in PG and force yourself to do 2mins regardless you can do it or not. And you will tell the difference very easily.

ESI can easily find parts in sg and m'sia, throw in a few thousand change to a VTI engine :thumb: . But negative point is this car has been changed hands too many times le, so u won't know wat will happen tomorrow...

my advise is not to buy a 15 year old auto esi... timming belt and stuff all problem... hmm COE till 2011? not very idea right. reason for buying a esi, normally is people just pass and they want to play with car. hence, esi manual is the right choice. i can say not bad for the outlook. considered as sport car. hence if u interested to drive one, get a manual. regarding the problem wise. not much to say. you can't expect much from a 15years old car right.

i mean if u are looking for a auto car as transport only, why not get a newer car? esi might seem cheap. but if you were to calculate everything, there is not that big different. cheers.

most of the ESI we saw on the road are coe till 2011 onli meaning left 3 yrs nia. as it renew coe b4, so is 17 yr old liao. iztn't it coming 20 yrs old ???

maybe ur fren heng n my fren suay lo. LOL.

ya whichever car u drive, pro free is important !!

my fren's s13 also do till no pro, tt really depends on how much u willing to spend on a COE car.. for mi, i haven really spend over $100 on my car.. LOL. onli did service, other than tt, all FREE OF CHARGE .

i wanted to full mod my car, but BO $$

ya lo ya lo, if u calculate the depreciation of the esi, same amount u lose, can easily sit a manual sunny liao lo. haha. but still, esi is cheap ~

best for those who juz pass license, get the car n drive till more experience liao, either drive till end or scrap it, wont lose too much compare to a parf car.

so, if u intend to drive for short term, maybe esi can consider.

but if for long term, 4get about it.

Anyone can tell me the difference between a LSI 3Door , ESI 3door & an EG6???

Like the engines? etc etc thanks alot

And anyone know a LSI 3door, ESI 3door vs Suzuki Swift Gti which will be a better car? don't mention the eg6 for the comparison
