Any fender bender shop can get that done. Should not cost you more than $200. Since this is the rear fender, make known that you are not claiming insurance.

Just went to Sin Meng road workshops to get quotation, prices ranges from $180 to $300 for repairing of bumper demage if you pay yourself.

 

Same type of demage but claimed from insurance will set the insurance company at least $4000 with lawyer's fee and loss of usage of vehicle. You just figure. Now you know why insurance keep going up.
