thur i'm gonna get my radiator mesh installed n hopefully, foot pedals and change of handlebar..

ATTENTION fr all FZ150i owners....pls take note dat our bike's manufacturer (Hong Leong Yamaha Factory, Sungai Buloh, Selangor) had recorded poor assembly quality fr 4001th-8000th batch...i went 2 d factory&1 of d officer told me dat...majority of FBD&FBE reg. num r affected...2 know whether ur bike is manufactured under dat batch,c d last 4 digit of engine num dat stamped on d left side of bottom engine crankcase..d major poor assembly on dis batch is d bottom engine shaft...it is not tighten properly&will fall out suddenly...i myself experienced it whn d mileage was 11800km..&i rode d bike fr abt 2500km w/o dat engine shaft...

if u guys hear d sound of falling metal,datz fr sure d engine shaft....plz pick up d "fallen metal" back as u'v 2 wait Hong Leong S'pore fr d stock 2 cum frm Sungai Buloh Factory...lastly,as u guys know dis info, plz b cautious&aware of ur safety....

2 know whr d engine shaft located,Flint&i know whr is it....

As u know dat our bike is a naked bike...d "bone" dat support our engine depends mostly on d engine shaft...it got 2....1 on d top,1 on d bottom...d engine shaft function is 2 make sure d engine dun fall down...thr's no support under d engine, so d engine load depends fully on d engine shaft....d risk w/o it is d engine may fall down..abt d pix later i'll shoot it k...riding experience w/o it= no differences as i dunno frm whr d fallen metal come out till i discovered at Sungai Buloh Factory..

yo! just dropped my bike at carpark. this time my mirror broke liao. guess getting koso mirrors, cannot wait liao. hlc open what days? lol! i'm already imagining riding on expressway without my right mirror. die la. hopefully can actually make it there

hmmm...sis&all of fz150i owners,make sure u 2 c ur engine num 2 if ur bike in d 4001th-8000th batch...if it is,plz make sure go 2 workshop 2 retighten it...(read my last 2 posts)..

 

d location of d bottom engine shaft is in d dark part of d pix....d nut dat located adjacent 2 d brake lever is d engine shaft...sry 4 unclear pix...if u c by urself in order,sure u know which nut dat attached 2 d engine...hong leong factory guaranteed dat d top engine shaft being tightened properly...my bike not just d bottom shaft drop out,but also 1 of d nut dat on d right side of front footrest...paid rm5 fr dat tiny nut only...i tot itz juz rm1 only...aiyooo!!!

u know...i fell down frm d bike on d 2nd day i own my 1st bike...hahahaa....i ran too fast on a bend nearby my kampong w/o noticing dat thr hv SAND!!!!luckily d bike is nuting,but i got injuries lah...a mth 2 recover...datz a lesson dat tought me 2 ride safely

 

my 2nd fall was w my fz150i...juz on d 10th day of d bike,i skidded on a bend too...i'm cautious dat tym,normal speed(not speeding)but it cant b prevented...i skidded cz got a "pool" of engine oil in d middle of d road...rly panic dat tym as my dad juz bot d bike...luckily he didnt scold me aft cum back home....dis 1 i got minor wound only(1cm square sized) cz i wear protective equipments....

eh... should be the nut at the end of the lever. you gotta play around with the tightness

i also feel damn sad for my baby. hope she don't blame me too much.. anyway later going hlc get her fixed. then wanna pamper her too. bought wax recently so gonna shine her well, make her look pretty. kekeke.. anyway my plate is fbc series. think will kana? hmm.. guess no harm checking really. tsk tsk... we should totally go riot hong leong. lol!

y not u try adjust like mine...hahaha!!!(75% free-play)thn thr will b like no gaps btwn gears..my gear shift is as fast as d 1 whom installed d racing clutch spring....saved money by dis method...hehe...summore itz risky 2 install it fr me as i go fr long distance at any hours...will die if d clutch cable suddenly snapped whn i'm on d middle of dark jungle road on wee hours...sure none will help me till next morning...
