accident at ECP macdonald pls help

hi, i just got back from changi general hospital,

 

at 940pm i got into an accident at east coast park. it was in front of the mcdonald. i was going straight at abt 40 to 50km, there was a car parked at the side abt 5 meter from me. suddenly he just came out with signaling and i jam brake. i skip and fall. then the driver help me up and carry me to the side. he then call an ambulance and called the police. He admited to the police and witness that he was in fault and didnt check the blind spot. i took his hp no name and car plate. i was then send to changi GH. my bike was destroy, the eagle foot rest for the pillon broke and the signal light. the exhaust was scratches and the mirror was broke. and the box holder is destroy too. the egine was like jam when it was on the ground. and the dent on the tanks. the crash bar was my saver for my leg.

 

what i want to know is that, in the event, how does i claim against him.

firstly,

such as the hospital bills,

the bike repair. what can i claim from him. the repair. can i do a respray and fix a new exhaust? the minor part how? like the crash bar givi box and the eagle foot rest?

secondly,

it my first time accident, i do know wat to do. i got his hp no and name. i think i need to call the axa for something and also how and when can i go get the bike. can i go get it tmr. i tink it was tow to the TP site. which i dun neo where. can some 1 please help me. i really wan to get the bike back asap.

 

by the way, during the accident, my hp fell and i lost it. the police cant find it. can i claim. or i have to live with it.

 

Please help. i really dun neo wat to do later.

1. make accident report, WITH detail pls, if need to draw map , do it

2. all bills receipt u must keep.

3. send ur bike for repair then get the amount

4. engaged lawyer.. so you can get wat is supposed to be your loss,

 

that is, if that guy change story saying that u speed, bla.bla,bla. if you engaged lawyer... then you can claim the damaged, the amount of pay loss for not going to work (depends on how many days) transport money (due to no bike for work). this is wat i did last time.

The Guy who knocked U down was the one who called the Ambulane & Police right? So i tink they should have taken down his particular as part of the Routine Assesment...? Am i right Guys They will then refer him to TP HQ 2 file a report as well...
