To all interested parties, closing date is set at 20th July 2008

Collection for booking of rooms will be on the 22nd July 2008. Location & time to be announced later.

 

For those that cannot make up their mind by then, if you still wish to participate, no guarantee of availability of accommodation and price may be higher as well due to the National Day weekend and last minute rush(our own national day, but they marked up over there as well.. )

 

And collections will be RM/MYR only to be fair to all.

i don't think i can find anything thicker liao lei unless need to buy i broke liao lei.

btw, juz to clarify, the distance from tuas to cameron highlands is 1600km?? coz according to wat signboard say, thai on 888km away rite?? its further up than thailand??

will there be a petrol stop every 100km??

me riding wave, scared halfway no fuel in tank...

 

and u say that any 2b bike must be able to go for 110km/h for 140km... if my bike mileage per tank is 130km, and also very hard to even reach 100km/h, what more with all the luggage for the wat, 3 day trip?? i think not many 2b bikes, or at least mine, can stand 140 clicks going straight at a speed that it cant even reach...

 

im actually very interested to test myself in going for this trip, bt if i go, i go with sweeper can??

Okay, your kind of rain coat should be fine. Best if you can wear a long sleeve t-shirt or sweater inside.

Other then the stated room rates. Next will be the petrol consumption.

 

You'll need to calculate that yourself as distance to & fro is capped at 1600km.

Petrol at RM2.70 per litre. Calculate your needs base on you bike's consumption, not forgetting 2T & 4T.

 

Food wise, depending on your appetite, RM150 should suffice.

I'm capping the distance travelled before every rest point at less than 100km or even less. Speed wise should be 90kmh to 110kmh depending on the bikes that are going.

 

No need to go with sweeper, the slowest bike will be my 3rd bike. As long as I see that bike, I'll maintain speed, if no, then I'll slow down. But slowest must not drop below 90kmh.

Hi Organizers,

 

Maybe your should clarify the "90km/h to 110km/h" is based on the 2A/2 bikes or 2B bikes. Usually when 2A/2 bikes cruise at 90km/h, 2B bikes' speedo will most likely show 100km/h to 110km/h already.

i have calculate the total buget for u

 

1. 160rm for room

2. 1600/130km/L =12 , 12X4L=48L , 48LX2.7dollar =129.6=130RM pertol

3. your spending + 100RM??

 

100+160+130=390RM
