His is a friend of mine....his plate no. is FY31H. Green ZX10.....staying around yishun area....anything ? ?

Yes, man ! Plate no should b FY77B.....blue ZX12R. Tis bike was a true beauty by his creator & true tat tis bike was fast too ! Hope e new owner can tame tis monster !

Hi all Kawa riders.. i'm getting a ZX636R end of this month... 1st hand... any advise on running in and maintenance for the 1st month or any other valuable knowledge u can pass me..... i'm working in changi airport, I always see a green ZX6/07 parked in car park 2B.. are u in this forum?

Are there still brand new unit of 636 ???? tot all now is 600cc??????

I guess the 636 that i'm gettin is the last unit for that 05/06 batch.. it was the show piece which was in evershine for some time..

(ZX636R 05/06) yes i did get a discount on the machine price... but still, wen i calculated everything including the interest. All in, came up to about 21k.. (3 yr loan) insurance $1350 AIG 24 yrs of age.

any 07 zx6r riders have the following problems??

 

1) the side stand is too long and somewhat makes the bike unstable when parked at certain position...have a little more tendency to tip over.

 

2) oil leak at engine

 

from what i read at other kawa forums..these two seems to be a common problem for the zx6r (in US)..

just want to make sure before i commit into the 6r

 

bro as for the sidestand, it will get better in time... cos u now\e new bike everything virgin mah..... after some time it will be normal.....

as for bike which is normal at new, after sum time ur bike will be "cornering" wen u park......

as for the oil leak, i was so paranoid dat i got the cam rubber o ring changed today.....

shld have checked it out earlier.....

bro a word of advice.....

if u intend to race wit dat bike in da future, u r goin to have a prob cos u will have to join the superbike class instead of supersports meant for 600 cc.....

so i suggest u think it through....

btw ur price is almost da same for my 07 model....
