ZX12R Billet Low profile sump & swing pick up

The ZX12R is a tough engine but lowering it down can be a pain. With this unique sump system you can lower the bike chassis down & allow for oil surge through the swinging pick up.

Internal filters are included prior to the oil pump which are full removable.

Weighted pick up travals from 1 oclock to 11 oclock & visa versa. It acts upon a a full roller bearing & will traval with the oil surge.

The sump consists of 3 main elements. A top sectiion bolted to the engine, a removable bottom sump for quick access & an internally sealed strainer section prior to the pump.

All sections are fully o ring sealed & the unit is anodized gold for resilience against weather & road debris.

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways- Body thoroughly used up, totally worn out...Screaming "WOO HOO, What a Ride !!!"

DARMSTADT, Germany – German Dirk Auer has beaten his own inline skating world speed record by more than 20km/h with a new mark of 291.8km/h while being pulled behind a specially tuned Kawasaki ZX-12R ridden by World Supersport racing star Andrew Pitt.

The record attempt took place on a specially cordoned-off section of the B3 autobahn between Darmstadt and Eberstadt with a large crowd turning out to cheer Auer as he tried to hit his target of 300km/h.

However, despite a number of high-speed runs behind the 162kW ZX-12R prepared by local horsepower guru Michael Lohmann, the magic figure remained elusive.

"I thought I'd got the easy job but it turned out to be a lot more difficult than I expected," said Pitt, who will return to World Supersport action at Oschersleben on September 1.

"The road wasn't perfectly straight...

"We were running in one lane of the autobahn and the crowd was lining the route in the other. The road wasn't perfectly straight and we were getting quite close to the barrier separating us from the spectators as I tried to find a line through the turns that allowed me to keep the throttle pinned and the speed up."

After a number of attempts, and some fine-tuning on the bike, Pitt and Auer eventually went through a speed trap manned by local police at 291.8km/h.

"The speed trap was right at the end of the longest straight section on the road," explained Pitt, "but if you went through at full chat then it didn't leave you much of a braking area.

"In the end I just kept the throttle pinned until I saw the red flash as the camera went off on the speed trap and then grabbed a big handful of brakes.

"If we'd had a bit more of a straight to work with, I reckon we could have done 300. The bike was certainly more than capable of dragging Dirk to his target speed but the road turned out to be the limiting factor."

...and we were getting quite close to the barrier."

Finally, Demon Eyez For Your ZX12R!

Demon Eyez for the 2000-05 ZX12R. Incredible new concept for bikes without projector beam headlights. Installs inside the stock headlights using clear epoxy. The end result is incredible. The Demon Eyez shown above are with the key in the "on" position but not running. They will still shine while riding but be less noticeable because of the running lights.

These Demon Eyez Feature:

-High quality construction by Clegg's Innovations

-Each eye has 3 LED's with beaming reflective technology

-Demon Eyez are powered on when the key is turned to the on position

-When riding with Demon Eyez the light will only be slightly visible due to the running/high beam lights function
