Still looking for the box bracket, yesterday went to ask several shops from Eunos to Ubi to Jalan Besar, nothing at all...

 

i will help you ask ard too while i go ard look for used lower fairing... but our bike is so rare...i think much be damn lucky then can find...

Thanks. It's not really rare but instead it's more on the model is old, hence there won't be any shops bringing it in unless order is made.

Ask you guys. Are there any shops in town that have ready stocks for the YP250 transmission? HL spare parts department needs one month to order in the parts... I don't mind stock yamaha or aftermarket parts.

dunno leh... if its a used one, the person who it to my friend is a very nice guy. some more wrap in a Yamaha bag, whatever colour my friend wants also have and best part, its in show room condition.

dunno can be patch anot cos the fairing got a big hole rather then crack...that's why thinking whether replacing it would be a better choice...but given the price of $200...mostlikely wouldn't be replace with new...

just went to jb ahboy change my spoilt sus.. spend $210rm.. $180 for the sus.. $30 for the extension. got a gas cannister which can adjust the hardness for the damper but i doubt it can be use as i adjust like nothing changes.. nvm. as long as can be better than my spoilt sus can le..

My drive pulley is quite worn out, and both V-grooves on drive and output pulley look quite worn... I think I'll just replace everything at one go. My bike doesn't seem to like to drop into "1st gear", and always seems to be moving off at "2nd gear", so the engine rpm is very low and causes alot of vibrations...

the gas cannister is to pump nitrogen not normal air... by right must see the weight of bike and rider then will know how much to pump. and i dun think tat damper can be adjusted. only the springs can adjust hard soft.

wat's the brand for your suspension?

 

i dun think tat damper can be adjusted. only the springs can adjust hard soft.

 

my both dampers each got a knot that can turn left for (-) and right for (+) but i also dun feel the difference.

If u unscrew the canister u'll see that the thing is jus a dummy bro. But compared to the old stock ones its really good. Cant remember how much was mine but remmebered it was dirt cheap. Anyways, i dun expect nitro filled progressive damping from a few ringgit. Would have sourced WP or Ohlins if i wanted to. But hey....might as well get a performance bike!

Yeah good information from an ex-racer....JB or sawadee made suspensions have fake nitro canisters.... for that little money, I'd only expect "german gas"....hahaha.

 

Anyway...it's just a scooter....how u mod, twist, turn, flip, plus, minus, times and divide, it's not going to fly and neither it'll be stable.

Anyone know where I can get rubber foot rest mats both side, just lost mine to my dogs. It the long pieces that I am refering to. Or can anyone recommend where I can replace to aluminium pieces. Thanks in advance
