Hi guys!!! I just got my FZ6S S1... the timing chain tensioner is ticking loudly... check what is the cost of changing it with valve clearance!!!

 

Anyone???!!! any recommendation where to do also?

So just want to find out from anyone here using one and how's the output.

Wanting to know too if any other motoshop selling the products.

haven't heard of any using hyperpro.. but seens a couple of ohlins and bitubo..

 

any aftermarket shock is good, so long a technician is able to set the proper settings for you, per your preferences.

 

and also the serviceability factor. if replacement parts are easily available and turnaround time is fast, my bucks will go there without a doubt.

 

i am running on bitubo shock at the moment. worth every $$$ that i spent.. looks good, with custom spring rate + oil weight set for you direct at factory prior its arrival in SG..

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

possible... u can go online buy like wad suggested by ohayo, or get 2nd hands as suggested by dragonforce, or visit local apparels shops to check them out... should be no problem fitting ur bill... :)

 

jus fyi, the armored touring jacket + armored touring pants + long heel touring boots + kangaroo racing gloves i own now all add up together cost less than $1k... :)

i know him in person... it's not unusual that a person had more than a pair of headlight protectors... i myself hold 2 pairs of headlight protectors too... maybe he also helping his frn to sell? :)

Not too sure.. you can always email Hong Leong and check with them. Yamaha really invading the 2b sg market.. most new 2b bikes I seen are r15, fz150i and more recently the fz16.. but I think still a long way to go from toppling Honda..

If Yamaha starts a fz4 with 400cc engine at a reasonable price.. wow. Would be interesting.

pretty more than a handful had done this mod already... :)

 

 

Bikes in France is restricted to 100-ish HP by French government authority.

See how this guy un-restrict his FZ1.

Then use one button to go on nb 70.Then release the button, then push ON THE SAME TIME the two buttons.While 20 sec. Then the engine led should light on, or flash. If you want the engine to be FULL powered, then let the light flash, else do not.

 

I personally tried but failed.

sg bikes are unrestricted. so this is not applicable..

Looking for the the 2 FAZER(1000) & 1 CBR 600 rider that just came back from Thailand this morning & rode down with me halfway @ PAGOH RSA..

 

The FAZER(1000) bearing the plate : FX 8** # & FZ **** #

 

The CBR 600 bearing plate : FS 2* S

 

Kindly pm me if you know them.

Hihi, just got my fazer 1000 yesterday. I was wondering if there's any specific place that sells the headlight protector with a reasonable price? Any suggestions?

 

motoWorld got sell headlight protectors... i think the price should be around $45 if i didn't remember wrongly... :)

 

 

On the same note, any suggestion of EO and oil catridges I should change in time due?

 

just following the owner's manual can le... should be under the section maintenance & adjustment if i didn't remember wrongly... :)
