The fz8 does not come with mainstand. It's a add on for both naked and fairing. 300 dollars more.

open up n check yr fuel cap after rainning n see if water seeps in especially thru the key hole. If theres water, good luck

 

FYI i ride my FZ for 3ths n i sell it off....bad experience with me changing my fuel cap twice n water still seeps in.....enuf said

hi fellow fazer riders. my mech found out the problem with my bike's throttling and idling liao.. it is a humongous problem.. namely my engine's connecting rod bearings spoilt liao... the cost for repairs and cleaning of throttle body, injectors, replacing timing chain is $1900++.. sianz half la.. I'm confused about why the bearings spoilt.. especially when my bike is only reaching two years old.. any old timers here can maybe give us an impromptu lesson about what happened to my bike?

for reference, i have 3 boxes, pillion and aftermarket air filter (just because i'm lazy to change) . everything else is stock. i get 19-20km/L. If i change the exhaust and add a PCIII i suspect it may hit 16km/l.

check the accessories.

check the tyre pressure

check your riding habit (love to be in front, love to overtake etc...)

for fazer 600, there's this light that switches on before u crank the engine and the headlights turn on. Its right besides the headlight. May i know the size is t5 or t10?

u mean the pole lights... it should be t10.
