hi guys, any fz1 owner here done alarm for ur ride? did u guys connect the remote start?

 

yo there... me fz6 anyway... jus installed my alarm... but did not connect to the remote start...

according to the mechanic, he said that better not cus this will bring down our HISS... not sure it will affect our ignition microchip reading or not... hence it is best not to install remote start...

this is what he say la... i'm not sure how true is it... can someone validate my statement? :cheeky:

the mechanic says, "you can only choose between the HISS or the remote start"... But if you remove HISS, there are chances of you having problems if you wan to re-register your key or make a new key...

 

remote start he said, it's good for bikes that have no HISS ability... what i know is that old versions S4 dun have this HISS yet... maybe ur kakis is the old versions?

Based on my experience, it's betta not to install the remote start feature.

Ours come with the default YISS, remote start can still be install BUT not recommended.

Wiring the positive & negative to batt & 2 wires to signals (for indication purposes) will be more den enough.

I got myself the stelmate 2 way remote alarm, onli been using the alarm features. Remote start is cool, but not useful to mi.

akrapovic - if u have plenty spare cash

 

remus - interesting shape for an exhaust, sound without baffle is deafening, one of my friends is using it

 

leo vince - cheaper in price but superb performance
