Top up coolant often after changing to engine ice

just nw i go esso, saw 2 brand of coolant, 1 is diax and rad-kool. i bought e rad-kool, cos see diax like concentrated :pray:

 

I pour into e reservoir, awhile later i can see e water filling up. my guess is tat the water level drops too below, tt y i cant see it.

 

1 qn, do S4 eat alot of coolant water? or does it evaporate off? arbo, got to check every nw n then. . . :confused:

not sure if it really 'consume' lots of coolant,

I topped up my coolant water during my servicing which is sometime either 3k or 5k on mileage. the top up is like a 100ml for mine perhaps..

Do you always idle... or stuck in a jam or something?

i noticed that my bike "drinks" alot of coolant after i flush & change my coolant to engine ice. Recently, i need to monitor my reserve coolant located at the RH side of the bike. Almost need topping up 1-2 weeks. There was no indication of coolant over-flow from my bike. I went to bike shop to check my fan, water pump, thermostat and etc... all in good conidtion. The mechanic said that was normal. Anyone has the same problem with me after changing coolant to engine ice? btw I am riding spec 2.

 

 

Bro i think the mech rushed when doing the topping up of coolant. Happen to mine also. By right after flushing the old coolant from the engine,he must top up while the engine is still running.

how muc u guys change e engine ice coolant? how much per bottle.

it require 1 1/4 lit when changed right?

anyone selling or willing to let go their engine ice left?

usually is the morning peak hour traffic and evening peak hour traffic lo..... cos i stay bedok, my work place at jurong :sian:
