Xr2 is nice la.. but the end can cannot make it arh.. hehe.. but this is nice.. :thumb:

it is a xr4 pipe.. haha.. take out the silencer even more power sia... :cheeky:

it was modded to fit xr2 i think.. any bike with xr4 pipe sure power sia the sound!! dunno can fit xr125 anot..

the end can went straight in without modification ,custom made metal gasket was added to the mid pipe joint to fill out the gap. 1 extra bracket is needed to hold the end can in place.

 

XR2 stock pipe is restricted ,the original spocket size is 43 teeth ,not very good for steep hillclimbs,with the derestricted exhaust it possible to change to size 48 or 50 rear & 15 front .

the rear spocket is modified ,xr2 dont have size 48 so the outer ring was cut out and welded to the old spocket inner ring.

 

Cruise speed remained at 80 - 95km/h with diffuser ,around 100-110 without diffuser.

 

jetting remains stock.

 

it's a superb newbie bike ,super easy to ride at low speed trail.

 

later modification will include ktm pegs(wider than stock)
