it is possible for the A&W at Permas Jaya. One end of the A&W restaurant faces the shops inside, the other end faces some parking lots outside.

 

I'm sure they won't mind if you park your bike near A&W. Less than half of the carpark is occupied on weekday afternoons. If security personnel happen to ask, just explain nicely, i'm pretty sure they'd understand your reasons.

 

I park my bike in sight whenever I have starbucks coffee at Jusco Tebrau on weekday afternoons. But things are different on fully-packed weekends.
