Depends on what is inside the goodie bag.

 

Eg: If it contains 1 Flyer ticket + 1 Cash Card with Logo + 1 T Shirt and Maybe all inside a nicer helmet bag... S$40 is ok.

 

I feel all goodie bags should have the same contents with only the T shirt having different sizes. Of course as a participant, you would like to have different types so as to have more choices. But if organizing, consistency is key. Not variety.
