urgent help needed - NSR RR

Hi All

 

I just bought a second hand honda NSR RR 150. The bike's condition is quite good and runs well. The only problem is that sometimes it takes too long to start. Like today in the morning i kept on trying to start it but it took me about 10 mins after it started. Could it be a problem with the battery? The engine is fine otherwise. Spark plugs were changed recently and carb was also cleaned recently. Just got it inspected and no problems either. So what could it be then?

cold start? but 10 mins also is quite long take to start. nxt time use choke.
