Anything above 300km for me full tank is good enough.. 1Seth1 recommends to change gears up quickly. When i do that, i find myself twisting the throttle more cos no power.. Haha..

Just a question, forgive me if its a silly one. Err.... How to adjust the trip meter? I thought the 2 buttons are for adjusting time only? Paiseh ah if i dunno. :sorry:

Thanks for the info.

As for resetting the trip meter, I normally press and hold the right button until the reading goes to zero.

Anyone knows how to adjust the time?

press the 2 buttons together until the clock meter starts blinking. press the left button to adjust hour, right button to adjust minutes.

CB 400 Spec 1= 18L with 4L reserve included

total 18L

160 not bad liaoz.. depending on whether you've tuned ur carb liaoz not..

i get ard 340 without vtec, 330 with a bit of vtec.

try to aim to get ard a minimum of 125km before you drop the first bar completely.

Do you guys pump till full to the brim?

How time flies...

Big is certainly a warning but small can be downright scary! Never underestimate the effectiveness of small.

4L reserve? i tot its 3L reserve nia.

anyway 160km clear 3 bar is good. to me, as long as above 300km for full tank b4 reserve is good mileage liao.

I think my fuel level sender/sensor really got problem. 3 bars my mileage meter reads 100km but my last bar can last from 200 till 300km. :sian:

Change up gears faster = better FC cos you get to crusing gear fast, but the trade off is lack of power lah.. its like that lah.. normal, try changing at 4k rpm, should be sufficient, if really need to cut lane then go up to 5k lor. don't go above that unless you really need to.

kills your FC alot man..

I'd rather get a Leo Vince than a Louis Vuitton.

actually version s has the best FC among super 4s. heard some can go up to near 400km mark with their 15l tank (spec 1 and above is 18l).

tried once i reached GP esso with abt 100ml of petrol left. the mech worked on my bike the previous week and put my fuel switch to reserve. ride after the 2nd link bridge then i found out :\

Anyway, sure all of us are scared to try our fuel limit.. But just inform a friend before u go on ur test. Then he would come to ur rescue with just enough petrol to bring u to the nearest petrol kiosk. Just make sure he's not sleeping la..... Hahaha...

Yup. I tot so too... very bad for the bike vacuum system. I think in this way of low fuel will cause the bike to lose power too?
