Difficult to clutch-in

Got difficulty clutching-in from gear 1 to 3, same goes to gear neutral.

Was advice by a on-the-move mechanic to add treatment oil into EO. Treatment oil easily availablefrom DIY shop. Ask bike buddy - never heard of.

Season riders of Phantom TA200 knew anything of this sort? Any advice on this matter?
