If i were to get it, i would also go for the bigger cc. The smaller cc may be disspointing in performance and price. Definately a head turner though.

I would be waiting for the 400cc model to be launched.

i think 400cc scheduled to be out in Italy in summer 2007, which means it might be already 2nd half of 2008 before it reaches here...

and since 125cc already almost 10K, 400cc would be 15K or more?

with car prices now from 30K onwards, it might not make much sense to get it at that kind of price unless you are riding for fun...

personally, i would get one just coz i love to ride but 125cc will not be quick enough for me.

will have to get Class 2A and the 400cc one, as i must be able to beat most cars from standstill, else no shiok lah :thumb:

It still makes sense.

Cos finding available parking for car is a big headache.

And when I drove to PS at 4.30pm, I had to pay $4 in parking when I left. Before 6pm, $1 per hr, after 6pm, $2 per entry.

Get an MP3 for transport and a off peak car would be great.

true...parking is a major concern when it comes to cars.

MP3 might be a little more expensive but in the long run, u still benefit from it.

liek Zod bro said and i agreed totally...get a MP3 and a weekend car, the best combi so far :lol:

Yes, MP3 are ready to sell...dun have to get from Piaggio direct. Just get from your familiar dealers. Like Kiss29 bro said, 125 to a couple of us might be underpowered but its more then enuff on local roads.

Test rides can be arranged. Drop by Piaggio and arrange with the NICE showroom guy :lol:

400s and 500s are very unlikely to come this year.

Yo Brembo, it Piaggio open tomorrow? Can arange for test ride 125cc ? :smile:

seriously, if this bike comes with shelter, i would have paid a deposit for this bike already

with shelter + safety + the convenience + the fun + cheaper maintenance = PERFECT!!!!!

reviews stated:

125cc ---> 5litres cover 100km

250cc ---> 6litres cover 100km

400cc ---> ???

500cc ---> ???

No more regrets.

Test ride the 250 ler.

The fuel injection super smooth de. wished my evo can also feel so nice.

Just need to get used to the 'dipping' to the sides when you corner.

Nothing much to worry as it lean a bit more easily than normal bikes.

1 thing really nice though... the front wheel lock acts like a mainstand.

Think all should go PSC and give the MP3 a test ride. Free de mah.

Try the 250.

Yap, Test-Rode it today too!! :cheer:

Great Bike!!

i also felt the 'dipping' feeling when cornering the bike... it felt kind-of front heavy, and once u start to lean over slightly, the bike kind-of tend to pull u down... but its much more stable than my X9, shocks were good too.

Best of all is the braking capabilities! :thumb:

its approx $13K for the 250. wonder if the 400 will make it here this year.... ??

First I was very interested, but after seeing it, I thought it was kinda ugly. Handicapped transport... Not that it matters, but the Straits Times review also remarked that one area where this bike fails is in getting the attention of pretty girls. Cool technology but looks dorky.

you want attention of pretty girls?

I doubt so.

It should be a fun scooter to ride.

oh well, attention of pretty girls,... I don't mind it. But my point was that it seems I'm not the only one who isn't impressed by the looks of the MP3. Google MP3 and ugly and you get tons of hits. The looks definitely divide opinions.
