Which Bike is the Mask's Condor?

I was out with a friend yesterday, and we were wondering which Bike was the "Condor" in Mask modelled after.

 

We've ruled out ST1100 since the Boxes are built in, even though the front view does looks like it.

 

We will have to make alllowance for the leg placement, otherwise only scooter will be considered.

 

So is it?
