open the cover of your backseat, look at the back of your backseat cover. Did you see the metal hook that's being lock in place?

 

Pull out that hook and lock your helmet by the metal piece which use to secure your strap.

i asked my mech he say its due to the wearing off of the clutch plate.

got to change soon !! lol.

 

whole set i think abt 120 - 150 bucks.

 

but still can tanhan. if u dun play half clutch often.

Note that change laioz, might or might not solve the problem.

 

As to why it might not solve the problem, I don't know. It's just a fact that the problem will still be there.

patch the leak only. But i guess the intense pressure heat it must have been accumulating like a volcano cause it to explode.

It seems quite a few of us are facing clutch problems with our bikes. Honda bikes are known for these problems and plus the fact that their engines get hotter than other bikes. By right when in first gear full clutch in, the gearing mechanisms are not engaged. The bike should not move at all. If your bike does not move, but you find it difficult to push your bike (as in it seems heavier than normal) that shows that the gearing mechanisms might be slightly engaged. So, the problem here is again most probably with the clutch plates. If after you have changed out the clutch plates and/or clutch housing and have properly adjusted your clutch lever(as in the biting point) and still face the same problem, then it might be a problem

with the gearing mechanisms itself. I think these cost a bomb to replace la. Also if you feel or hear some knocking sound then it is probably your clutch housing itself that is giving the problems. That's my 2 cents worth (so pls do correct me if I'm wrong) as I faced alot of the same problems with my previous bike. :goodluck:

hmm...wanna check wif u guys...my bike the fuse everytime also blow off...only the 15 blue wan...like this is wat problem ar?? everytime blow off...new rider here, just get bike today and pass today...

Is it the clutch "basket"? The bowl that holds e clutch plates? Just got them changed, due to the uneven wear and tear from the clutch plates. It stop moving once i engaged 1st gear after changing it. Hmm. By the way any one of u guys have problem engaging to "N" gear during stops at traffic light?

Thanks for replying Zod. Hi dada Dun mind can tell me how much does the clutch basket cost? Might go get mech to open up and check plates 1st.

 

FOr the difficulty in finding neutral when bike comes to complete stop may mean that its time for an 4T change. After that gear change becomes smoother and neutral much easier to find. Experience before when i 1st got bike. Then after change, no problem
