i bought my clutch plates n metal plates frm ah boy, intending to send to hkl to change.

clutch plate : $4.50/piece

metal plate : $6/piece

go hkl change pay :$40

 

i checked the total pricing if i change the whole set, exclusive of engine oil, is already abt $200++

I think what linglila meant was that the salesmen of that shop probably gives frequent customers and friends of theirs preferential treatment, whereas you were an unlucky case.
