Go back to where you bought the item from? Ask him for advice. He probably help you to acquire a new copy? He should have the records of all the serialised number he sold. Show him the receipt to back track.

i was fine for all the other things for nothing! really wana #$#%#$% him... i was really damn angry... i pleaded with him all the while talking to him very very nicely like a dog... in the end, i still get all this sh*t... damn suay to meet this kind of ROVs... i met so many nice ROV out there... this is the only worst one!!! his no. plate is ROV2

good luck to those whu see him... :thumb:

bros..

wher do to transfr of ownership for pipes?

need to bring the cert n pipe isit?

thx

bro...if u getting the pipe from a private seller...u have to go back to the dealer he bought the pipe from...the dealer will prepare the necessary documents for u to send the bike for inspection...fit the pipe on ur bike and bring the documents also for inspection....if queue at the centre...takes bout half hour to one hour only...

they will test the exhaust just like the normal inspection...take pictures of ur bike...then they will print out an LTA acknowledgement letter to say ur bike has passed the inspection with the pipe...they will also endorse on the exhaust specifications letter which the dealer would have given u...

keep these documents on ur bike for any spot checks by the authorities..good luck!

nope it will not reflect. cause what matters most is that the pipe is registered under that particular vehicle number, not under whichever owner.

you will need to pass whatever documents you have to the new owner. the new owner have to go down to the authorised dealer to transfer the pipe to his/her name. no inspection required if the pipe is sold together with the bike.

yea u need to pass all the relevant documents to the new owner for verification, legality issues during rd blocks and routine checks by TP/ROV. but there isnt a need to transfer the exhaust to the new owner's name if u are selling the bike together with the exhaust. be there, done that. was stopped by TP/ROV and inspections at vicom before. no issues.

the new owner will still have to do a transfer on his part at the authorised dealer. the exhaust cert/card will need to reflect the new owner's name.

just that the new owner will not need to send the bike for inspection.
