it strengthens 2 parts of the arm - the wrist and also the forearm muscles. makes your grip vice-like over time. it's particularly good for racket-sports players or bowling or golf.

 

for me, i'm a rock-climber so it helps lots too! :smile:

hi rebornbiker, how is ur training with ur powerball getting along? Any gains in muscle yet?

dun think got much muscle gain but instead enlarged visible veins on the forearms. :thumb:
