wah... i suffered body abuse to get the claims leh... :cry:

no worries for treat... see when we all gather then go makan. lol! :p

but will need to do up my top overhaul first... its now touching 140,000km untouched. jus imagine the list below...

 

1. Timing chain

2. Tensioner

3. Valve spring(weak springs dont close the valve tightly)

4. Valve guide(Worn out guide causes freeplay and also allows oil to be sucked into the combustion chamber)

5. Valve face(make sure no cracks)

6. Valve stem seal(to prevent oil from getting sucked into the combustion chamber)

7. Cylinder head(No warpage so that the cylinder head can seal better onto the block)

8. Camshaft - bearing clearance

What is the program for tonight ?

My formula for living is quite simple. I get up in the morning and I go to bed at night. In between, I occupy myself as best I can.
