As discussed, we will try to organise a one day ride doing a Mersing - Ayer Hitam loop back to Singapore.

 

Suggested day is a Saturday in December. So choose the dates that you prefer. The ride will start early morning and end at night. Depends on how long we stop along the way, eg. Mersing Beach.

I dun see why the 650s cannot do it. The 650s meet the requirements set by the authority and i believe the marshal do need need to travel above 160kph.

 

The Vstrom group is made up of the 650s and 1000s. There is not much difference between these 2 except for the engine capacity. In terms of size and low end power, both is able to match. In fact the 650s low end torque can match or even outrun and other 1 litre inline engine bike.

 

I hope you will consider this.

Does the average convoy speed 280km/h?

SG average speed limit is how much ah? Think a kup can do it

why the authority request big bike to be the marshal is to reduce the risk as not being seen.

 

it is nothing to do with speed. if the ave speed convoy will be doing at 280km/h.... i am sure i will not even wan to gather ppl. cos my ball is not as big to do it at 280km/h juz on the 2nd link bridge...
