Just to share. Last time broke my 2nd hand $150 Ceebailey windshield after 2 days of use... So now got time I used 4mm clear acrylic to duplicate... new shield CBleh....

 

that was veri nicely done...any intention to produce for a small interest group:angel:

just traded in my wee for a 5-year old fjr.

 

fjr actually feels smaller than the wee. was playing with the adjustable windshield all the way home. it a fun bike to ride. but i thot it reaches the 5th gear a little too soon.

 

i will definitely miss the vstrom but i believe my dream fjr will compensate my love for wee.

 

for those who are keen for the wee, pls pay a visit to southern motors at jalan bukit merah lane 2.

Cost me 1 teh tarik for my colleague to hold the plastic... Bribery is getting ridiculous..

 

This is a DIY job so cost is nil.. Plastic I found lying at my workshop.. Used a heavy duty heater gun to bend it.. Cable ties used to secure the bend and I'll tighten it while heating the plastic up dun need to press to shape it... Something like that.

 

Looks tall cos I fixed at the highest bracket point.. Only use this shield for long journey only.

P.S - Next DIY...bash plate...Husaini how??? Can borrow for dimension only..:thumb:

Hi guys err...our stock windscreen bracket, what is the highest level we can fit...i tried this level...see attached...is it right? or the highest should be one level below...cause it dont seem strong at the current level i just adjusted...

Owh okay...yeap i thought a notch lower is the highest back then...but today i open up to test a different height but i notice that it can set another notch...but seem to me that the support is not so strong...so im not sure whether im setting it correctly...still yet to test cause scared ride off and the whole thing break...seeking for advise first haha...

 

But after hearing what u say...i probably going to lower it already haha...

i remembered a strommer entered the same carpark entrance as me one day...

 

I also saw a Vee at Fernvale Koufu. I'm staying in Anchorvale if you saw a FX Wee then should be me, realised population of Wee or Vee in Sengkang extremely rare.

u can try metzeler tourance exp or tourance...

pirelli scorpion........michellin anakee....

 

try coming down to Mah Motorsport...the alley along dunlop street..

just went there yesterday...saw 2 sets of tourance exp...

not sure of the price though...
