got another bike which can smoke FBD2397 like nobody business...he enjoying the twisties too much until other riders slow down to turn left also he overtake... :slapforehead:

somemore never slow down when he see no one behind him....reminds you of another gs rider rite? :cheeky:

wif the crappy fuel consumption...can only go forward n pump up..lol...was about to head back...but the route is fantastic still...late noon, mountains, valleys, nice skyline...miss tat place^^....Thanks again lead man!!!

An unexpected event tat happen that change my mind not to go. I manage to go to my poly friends gathering though on Sat. But still my mind was with you guys thinking how much fun I had miss......

Nice riding you guys got going....When i was riding past,on the opposite,i saw you guys riding neatly back to back...that was sweet....:thumb:

 

I got my fair share of hitting a cup kia....

Just after we past you guys,about 60km,this kupkia was infront of me.he got his pillion on his back...i was just behind him...so i was on some speed,i could see that there's a huge pothole up ahead,he was trying to "siam" the pothole by trying to swerve to the left,so i speeded up to go to the right as there's no oncoming traffic...as I was gaining speed and about to swerve to the right to avoid the pothole,he decided not to take the left but swerved to the right as well...in split seconds,i managed to swerved even more,but,I could hear my left footpegs were scratching some parts of his bikes and my shoulder was hitting either his shoulder or his pillion...at the same time,i could feel that his bike was wobbling badly after that contact...

 

I look back feeling angry,but at the same time worried if they might crash....but looks like they were ok...my friend who were riding the other 650R,saw the whole incident and slowed down to check and ask the kupkia rider,he told me both look freaking pale,but was rubbing some parts of the fairing that have cracked due to the impact.

 

I felt sorry for the jabroni....he could have caused a serious accident for his undecisive actions....:sian:

Hi, i am the new owner of gargantua's and blockbyte's bike. I have been facing this issue ever since i got the bike last friday. Travelled on PIE and after about 10-15 mins, the red light with FI on display started to appear. For the rest of the journey which is abt 20 mins more, i took the risk w/o stopping to reset which i am afraid could become worse. Did anyone experience this before and went to check with the mech?

 

you may carry on riding with the red light on and the signal "FI" light up.

 

just proceed to your mechanic and ask him to check on your transmission.

 

go to HKL at blk 1007 bukit merah lane 2, look for ah soon.

Thanks for the information. Will do the bike transmission check soon. I need to carry the spare key with me as the red light comes out only after 10-15mins of riding. Once stopped and off engine to switch on back, the red light disappear.

 

Anyway, do any of the senior riders know where and how much to get the new clutch cable for dl650? Current one is old and at risk of snapping.

why you need to carry spare key?
