eh....does your vee clocks....resets or whatever from time to time? this few days.....after i set my clock...then maybe the next day it will like reset ah....time goes off by alot

Do you see your bike having difficulty when cranking?

The meter check 2 rounds instead of 1?

 

better check your battery.

Normal when reset by itself ....

Best indication pointing to the batt needs attention....:cool:

 

yes it's the battery , i had the same problem due to some lose terminal connection , after i had readjusted it , the problems goes away:angel:

Life sux..Take control ..and live it and pick yourselves up now.. die later

if the roads end ....i go off road

hello,fellow strommer..Im new here..also had that problem..i think is due to the process of ignition...Btw any advise on replacing clutch housing..mine sounds very sick...

?? are you talking about the cluth plate ?

Hi Guys,

 

Anyone of you using Iridium Spark Plug for your beloved bike?

If yes, which one did you use?

 

1) NGK CR8EIX

2) DENSO IU24A

May 2000 -- Yamaha RX100

Dec 2003 -- Piaggio EvoX9

Jul 2006 -- Honda Super4 Spec III

Sep 2008 -- Suzuki Vstrom DL1000K8

Jul 2010 -- Yamaha Fazer FZ1-S

hm!!! ok i go check the battery connection

i notice how many rounds it check also. lol...didnt know it will check 2 rounds..

thanks for the tip!! hopefully its just a lose connection...not a dying battery

lol

 

to think of it...this 2 days the cranking seems to be abit.....slower

I check around i seems it doesn't happen in singapore...acording to some v-strom links the cluth pate is good for 100k....

 

u get very....chunky shift? as in....alot of click clack sound when u ****

 

aiyah it mean gearing miss match for the moment btween 1 n 2 gear

v strom has very rough 1-2 gear transition. i doubt there is anything to worry abt it. furthermore we have a noisy gear basket :)

I dunno bout tut tut, bt im tinking of upgrading lehhh... :thumb:

So have to release my K9 wee first.

Tinking on a vee or something similar...

Talked to the old man at lois and he said refinancing can be arrange.

What do you guys tink??...

My Wee comes with:-

- Leo Vince Full System

- Engine Guard

- Main Stand

- AT Handle Bar

- HB Side Carriers

Any suggestion is welcome...

But transfer of ownership is a must... Coz ive been bitten once ahh... :cry:

Oops sorry,7K is for machine price only..OTR is 7.9K.

 

Damm anxious for the bike to be out,all my previous bikes are Honda finally getting a different manufacturer. Tried singles,inline4,V4 and now finally V-twin :thumb:
