Is there anyone who has bought this phone?

I also heard that it's a GPS & aGPS phone.

Can we downlaod goggle maps to use under the GPS function? i understand that using aGPS function needs to pay and it's expensive.

Its out already. Mobile square, iposh, even sim lim square has quite a number of shops selling it. Especially so on 1st and 2nd level. Both the silver and the black ones. Harwarezone Singapore currently has 30 over pages with many forumers owning the items. Latest is that Telcos will launch this weekend

Its not too bad. The screen is quite big and clear.

 

But the phone is a bit heavy.

 

Cheapest non-contract set found in TPY central near the KFC for about 800.

 

Contract at Starhub is 458 for most exp plan and 658 for normal plan

this phone nt bad... my fren using.. 8mp cam.. AGPS function(nt sure gotta pay anot.. but i read somewhere that it charges only 8kb/session..)

 

anyway to crack this and use free GPS? lol

my gf phone is not really good..

 

some keys alrdy spoilt even for normal usage.

 

and battery error "use sony battery" or "charging error" pops up..

 

will send for service if i can find replacement phone.

the battery life is quite sucky!

 

never really use the phone but 2 days need to charge already.. -.-|||

Encountered the same problem too , some parts of my key pads were unresponsive again n tats after i have brought in to service it . Moreover , wats a 3G fone w/o the front camera to make 3G calls ? Batt life is worse than my N95.

 

I think i should swear off Sony Ericsson fones liao.

my SE K800 has been faithfully good for 2~3 years under rain / sun / abusive..
