I bout it at chong aik @ joo chiat.. Mine a GPR.. $60++ its de cheapest i can get.. Dey got blue, red n i think black..

 

U can try acerbis oso.. I ask at motoworld.. Dey got de acerbis 1.. but must order.. Too xpensive 4 me..

 

Can also try scrambler shop..

Well.. Here's the breakdown of what I have near the handlebar area:

 

1) Pro-taper handlebar - $180+

2) Acerbis handlebar protector & bracket - $80+

3) Handlebar grip - $20+

4) Balancer - $8+

Cost is about $80+ at the auntie shop at Lavender..

1) after cut 1inch still longer then the stock?

2) how much n where to get?

3) is the wires long enuff after cutting the handlebar?

 

Intrested in finding scrambler handlebar, but no money to get pro taper

I see , i tink acerbis its too expensive for me too , juz lookin for budget ones. GPR e brand , do u tink can fit on stock handle bar , or need scarmble bar to fit ...

Its juz the bar or it come with e guard and u took it out .. Thanks lots

Yupz... im using gpr..

 

1. after cutting 1inch on both sides.. Its slightly bout 3-4cm longer..( due to the bend on de handlebar, u can cut 1-1.5inch so dat ur lever bracket hav de same level with ur bar)

 

2.its bout $60++ at chong aik joo chiat..

 

3.it should be ok 4 de left side cable(clutch n signal wire) bt 4 de throttle u hav to re-position it behind de fork..(c pic below)

Fit on stock??.. i dont tink so..(u hav to mod it abit la) But de best is to fit on scram bar..

I tink after seeiing the bar , can mod to fit e stock , Cut @ the place where got the bracket to ur desire length den drill a hole to fit the bracket and voooola , shorter guard .. Thanks for e help
