Hi,

 

Brought my bike for inspection today.

 

Failed due to the licences plate holder and rear signals not being OEM.

 

Is there any kind souls that is willing lend or sell me their 08-09 R6 OEM license plate holder with OEM signals lights(bulb type. Not LED)? If borrowed, max will take 1 day and i'll return it to you guys.

Does that mean they will need to cut their wirings for the lights? If so, suggest you either let shop settle or just change back to original stuffs.

2008 R6 light don't need to be cut, they can be disassembled because it's not integrated into fairing.

 

But yea, OP should just go to bike shop and ask them to get it done because no one in their right mind will go through all that trouble of dismounting their turn signals, lend you, and cannot ride during this period, all for nothing. OP, just buy a pair of your own stock lights and keep it for future inspections la.
