With technology gettin better still cannot see the plate number? I guess there will be more hit and run in future..:faint:

Unable to help you out..Unless you wanna go call up the taxi company..And the IO very free to check each and every silvercab with damages which could be caused by a hit and run..Otherwise..:giddy:

Speedy recovery to you tho..:D

I think only way is to go to the silver cab company and check for damages on the cabs.

But by 11 days, the taxi might have repaired already.

Good Luck, and speedy recovery.

go to the company. Lodge a complaint. Show them the police report, etc. Maybe the company also use GPS tracking? N kept a record of the cars past positions?

Whatever it is, the company would surely be glad to help u find that irresponsible driver, which could in the future do more harm or to himself and ultimately affect the company reputation. Keep your calm. Talk to the company representative nicely.

Try to say in such a way that u are doing this not for your own benefits and compensation but also help to protect the company's interest too at the same time.

Dun worry bro, since its a hit and run case, its definately a police case. Most probably they will go down the taxi center to do investigation. They also cannot anyhow suka-suka go to car repairshop as they have their own workshop.Details of repairs is normally recorded.if not most liekly they will summon all taxi to the old Police Academy and do visual checks.

Dearie,

Auntie VK can only suggest speedy recovery. Then make sure you keep all the receipts of your damages, including medical bills and check up bills.

Go to any lawyer that does accidental stuffs and make a claim to MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau).

......Now at Whistler Mountain Canada waiting for rain to stop so I can go learn skiing

Agreed, you should make a claim with the MIB for your personal injuries. If you have all the evidence of the loss, as well as the TP backing your case of what happened, and that the driver was untraceable, it should be a clear cut case (unless other complicating factors show up!).

He who hesitates is lost!
