The exhaust are already on d rd (Leovince) and Gianelli are on d way info frm Racework bike shop.As for the big bore kit I've chk wth the Malossi dealer here they can order it for me provided i got $1,500+ in my hand and it includes the cdi.

is it worth the money to do so?

after all it's still a 2b bike.

there's limitation to how much more it can perform.

for me, i'll rather save the cash and use it on a bigger bike, that is if gonna get one.

but i know.. it differs from ppl to ppl.

just my opinion :)

but it's sure exciting to get the r125 to that setup and ride it. :thumb:

Haha u shouldnt ask if its worth it lor.. the fact that one spend so much on a 2b bike liao.. if i actually spend thsi much on a r125, i'm so gonna make it fun and nice to ride.

1500 to up it to 180cc and new CDI is quite worth it to me. its a good bike to start with. Trust me having a bit more power will make riding much more fun and enjoyable. CHeers! used to go racewerk often also lol

but i not riding r125 just joining the chat in the forum :)

Wah, how come now become i got money leh?? Actually i really don't mind to spend the money to rebore to 180cc, but must see if the power increase is worth it. If not much difference then rather get 4 power ignites and arrow pipe right? :cheeky:

Haha i'm sure ur bike up to 180cc will be quite a powerful one. The power u feeling now from the R125 is not really its full potential as its been limited by the CDI. Once up bored to 180cc + change CDI i'm sure the kick will be there. If plus arrow pipe and some tweaking of the settings, sure fly lol

Anyway u dun need 4 power ignites for ur R125 as it only has 1x Sparkplug.

Unless ur bike is a 4 cylinder bike then u need 4x ignite to really enjoy the full potential.

For ur case think 1 x power abuser 2 + 1 x power abuser ignite will do the job

Since already spend so much money to buy the bike, might as well make the most of it lol be the best R125 around SG!!!

Although i got bigger classes,i still luv to ride 2b bike cause it easier to handle, maintain and fun to ride.I've seen some of my friends riding superbike before in the end back to kup kia or smaller bike, reason cannot tahan maintenance etc...As for the upgrade matter is it worth it?For me yes! cause i want to test and feel the bike true power.

Lol hey nudge, refresh my memory whats that morning routine order in the morning called, you know when everyone falls in.Night time is CRO.Morning is??

Well I guess if you wanna bore yr R125 that means you intend to keep her for a long time.Seriously speaking I too think that keeping a low CC bike is definitely enough for singapore's roads.Easy to maintain.plus if you wanna speed,100KM'h++ should be fun enough and within safe limits. Finally reached my serviceable mileage, will send my 125R for servicing.I wonder what CKA will do for her, they've guaranteed that after servicing she performs much better...wanna see what they do to her.:p

ya agreed,

but big bikes and small bikes are totally 2 different feeling when ride.

tho in sg road small cc is more than enuf, but sometimes want power in a case of tight situation , bigger cc might save u as could pull away from danger.:thumb:

nevertheless i love my 150cc

all i can think of is that big bikes can run away from TP easily. otherwise, a highly-powered r125 is my ideal bike. of cos, bigger bikes have nicer torque and pipe sounds. but at the end of the month, the amount you pay for maintenance, road tax and insurance will strangle you down. that's the only reason i will buy a big bike only when i have too much money to throw around.

a big bored r125 really do entices me as it is maximising what is already small. but i wonder if after boring and change CDI, will the fuel consumption drop drastically? if it drops to around 30km/l, that's good enough to make the upgrades.
