So many beautiful class 2 bikes out there. Hai.

But I'm contented with my 400. At least for now. :)

Same here, I wanna "conquer that place" as well.

I'm pretty sure it will cost a bomb.:(

Cuz the tenere 660 itself I heard it's expensive costing above 20k.

if the said price is true, its pricey for a 660cc bikey...

even r6 cost cheaper(@machine price)....

But this Tenere is good looking! abit of both Vstrom & BMW series...o_O

The only complain I could think of owning an XJR 400 is that the spark plugs are exposed, unlike CB400.

Hope you get what I mean.

It's easy to differentiate actually.

For one, the exhaust on both models are different.

Fighting spirits exhaust similar to CB400 PB1's.

R model exhaust similar to CB400 Revo's.

Footrest wise Fighting Spirits similar to GSR 400's. As in the rider's & pillion's footrest are "combined" in one metal piece.

R model separated. Can see most of them at CDC. :)

Parts mix and match wise, you've gotta wait for the others for an answer. I'm not really sure on that one.

Hope that helps. But then again, why XJR brudder?

Personally done 170 at LCK area but I can assure you it can go faster than that.

Easily can clear meter. Btw, How's GSR? You rode one before right?

fyi;

i've had this prob w my engine for awhile now n i noe its common for our XJR to have tt. but wuts uncommon, are gd mechanics tt has knowledge of our bikes. i've been to afew bike shops n most of em told me is has smthg to do w e clutch casing. even after telling em, tt its not due to e casing, they still insist tt it is. to cut things short, i was recommended by my cuz to go this mech at kallang ave (he gets his bike done there most of e time). when e mech listened to my bike, he immidiately told me tt its not e clutch casing. change new one also no use. e moment i heard tt, i was so happy! haha. finally, a mech noes our XJR. he said tt, in our engine there r 2 chains unlike cbr400. but i didn't do anything to my bike coz he said it'll cost abt over $1xxx. might as well get a new bike. but he reassured me tt e chains in there won't snap. maybe some of u guys noes abt e shop alr, but i'll just put up e add later tonight. i dun have e name card wit me now.

i'm sure there r other mech out there tt noes much abt our XJR but then, not all can be trusted. :cheeky:

ps: bull, this was wut i wanted to talk to u abt e other day. but no time. :thumb:
