Its TODAY that rare XJR to congregate & meet-up!

The month of April 08 will be a busy month for XJRers.

With the polo-t now in the clutches, its time we spread the wings & fly.

Some of you here may not collected the polo-t so please contact xjrIzaac23 ASAP.

The logo stickers is with also me. I still have about 6-7 logo stickers left.

Bike Asia is at Expo with tickets at $15 per person. We may be bump into Pat & MCA so lets go in numbers. Just imagine a dozen of red & blue with our club logo on the rears, "showcasing" at the event. A kodak moment to remember to many years to come. So make a date with the double header April 2008!

Our Club IS ALSO featured in the MCA April issue! Yeah Yeah!

MCA is having a booth at BIke Asia. So lets show our support to MCA & also announce our Club presence at the event.

So lets go go go go go go go!

Of coz itz worth it! 4 pages of club yamaha xjr... Everyday i flipped to tat pages. Dun noe y... Haha! Anyway guyz, i suggest tat we should meet up 4 some maintainance session to improve on the performance on our bikes. Don't u guyz think so?

really god idea and that someone has put up a race event for all category classes i want join n proove to all how our lovely XJRs can perform....first the event and later can talk abt sponsers for ou club...hahaha....

I want to try get all means to make group bigger either thru unique or power...so next time when we meet up we may have our club's own corner to sit back at...haha.....

further more wih mca's publishing our club i know ppl have noticed and we ofcourse r wellcomed.....

Club Yamaha XJR (Singapore) made its appearence at Expo on Sat, 12th April for Singapore's first ever BIKE ASIA exhibition. The event will be gracing our shores on yearly basis from this year onwards. Next in mind is Singapore Bike Show in Sept 2008. But here is some pix of XJRs at play on that day!!

I was travelling along Nicol Highway this morning, not much traffic so decided to flip-up my visor for fresh air.

Then, thug, something hit me near my forehead.

IT hurt and getting more painful.

Slowed down and tried to remove what ever it was.

It was a bee and I got stung by it!!!

Swollen and red abit where it stung me.

Basket!

Bro,

That day there was a discussion on the engine oil, Motul 5100, Motul 7100.

Motul 5100 I think is 20W50 and Motul 7100 is thinner then 5100.

So far my bike is best using 20w50, lower then that, its ****.

Our bike is air/oil cool, and much hotter so I think thicker engine oil is better.

Have you guys heard of Royal Purple Max-Cycle.

$17.50 for a fully-synthetic. I think its the cheapest around and its not a 'kuching kurap' brand either.

I used that on my old bike and just change to this on my XJR 3 days back.

So far so good.

Race works told me semi syntetic is ok to use but yamalube cost ard 10- 12 and its also fully syntetic...So far maxima ultra gives me a great smooth feel, and motul 5100 also but my engine is rougher with 7100 grade cant tell the cause of it but changing gear feels a bi**h....wont want to reccomend it any more...next time ill change to yamalube...expensive really dosent mean good but its quality dats important...Havent really keep track untill recently...as for maxima ultra the smoothness can feel as soon as u start but dont last that long till it gets rough again....

one thing is for sure there is no eo good enuf untill u have tried all...
