Manchester United have secured a work permit for Zoran Tosic.

 

The 21-year-old Partisan Belgrade winger was linked with the Reds in various UK papers last weekend and the club can now confirm the application for his work permit has been successful. No transfer can be completed until the January transfer window.

i think imo, SAF is looking for C.R replacement in case he wants out of the club for a new challenge. C.R is amazing soccer player. he's way of playing was a different class. a modern winger with scoring ability no matter whr the ball is. :bow:

 

 

Tosic is a Left sided player....Tosic to replace Giggs bro....Ronaldo is in CHAINS....no going anywhere....

United played well, defended well after the sending off also. I'll question the decision to put Giggsy in instead of Nani, and why he didnt shoot from the halfway line, because we know he can!

 

The ref blew the whistle before Ronaldo's handling because of a foul that happened almost instantaneously prior to it so it was an honest mistake in a way, but he really need not have handled it.

Great vision from Rooney, it was a little wasted that it was kept out by Hart. It should have been in to make Hart look like an idiot.

 

Ronaldo still has much to learn. Sad to say, he has to learn how to get into the good books of officials.

i was expecting tevez to come in..his energy can help united abit

giggs can even chase the through ball by rooney

he's not confident thats why he passed it to rooney

Cristiano Ronaldo has been awarded the prestigious Ballon d’or trophy.

 

The most coveted individual honour in European football, the award recognises Ronaldo’s outstanding performances over the past 12 months.

 

"I dreamt of this when I was younger," he said. "It's a great day for me and my family."

 

The Portuguese winger scored 42 goals last season on the way to domestic and European glory with the Reds and was the resounding favourite to win the trophy.

 

After France Football’s confirmation in the early hours of Tuesday morning, the 23-year-old joins United legends George Best, Denis Law and Bobby Charlton on the award’s honours roll.

 

Recent winners include Kaka (AC Milan, 2007), Fabio Cannavaro (Juventus/Real Madrid, 2006) and Ronaldinho (Barcelona, 2005).

 

Ronny become the 42nd different player to pick up the prize, and the third Portuguese after Eusebio’s victory in 1965 and Figo's win in 2000.

Chealse loss and Liverpool draw. That was a good result for MANU...Only 6 point diff frm the leader Liverpool and 1 game in hand. hope they will catch up by Christmas time.

no worries our backup was excellent. J.Evans, Rafael, possibly Possebon will play, D. Welbeck, D. Gibson, Nani, Anderson.. etc... this player r tested n they will come good. if they beat blackburn then SAF will got alot of headache to choose for the next game. esp J. Evans n Rafael. Rafael was excellent against City his cross was one & only i've waited since D.Beckham produced it. Berba was unfortunate not to score with such a beautiful header.

i think hes a joker for not running back immediately but still hanging back. he was lucky that giggsy did not see him off the line.
