I think if they remove all your paint, they just and down or something? Then after that the finishing might look ugly. I THINK... Don't whack me if wrong hor!

Overall pricewise for that, I THINK it might be cheaper, although I've never heard of people doing that.

Need to use paint remover and steel wool to polish. I have done on my rims before, the side only, and its very tiring and took at least half a day to complete.

So thinking to let shop do maybe they have tools to bufff the rims to shine instead of manual labour of polishing.

If I'm not wrong, they can do it. I've seen alot of those tanks lying around the shop. I think can ask to replace. and respray. Or either that, maybe they can mould a new one for you.

I'd say there's a 75% chance that they can solve your problem.

:sorry: I missed out on your posting.

Anyway, I do not have Ah Kun's Number. But the Ah Kun that I know of works at the following Address.

Replica Designs: Block 4, Kallang Ave, #01-118, Singapore 339409.

Its a totally different shop from your Previous post that you posted up. But its also because for Spray jobs, I think there are 3 Ah Kuns in total. So I'm not pretty sure which one.

Get a bike cover then.

I've already got a Cover even before I sprayed it. I cover it everywhere I park, and I'd recommend people to go get a cover as well.

Reasons:

1) Protect bike from rain and water marks.

2) Save money for Coupon (When you cover your bike, they are 90% too lazy to open to check for coupon)

3) Lower the chances of abuse to your bike. (Like pouring paint over it)

If you'd want to get a bike cover. You can drop over at Looi Motor at 55 Kaki Bukit Place, and get their Rainmate bike cover. The size of it goes according to your bike's cc. Its very good and I actually cover my bike immediately after riding. I didn't wait for the exhaust to cool down, I'm to impatient. So far, there's no problem.

I do not remember if the cover cost goes by the sizing. But I remember at 250cc to 400cc or 450cc one cost me about $25 to $30.

My cover have never been opened before EXCEPT for 1 occasion. I covered my bike at a Multi Story Carpark. That one time that I did that, its the same one time that it got opened, and also the only 1 time that I actually put a carpark coupon even though I covered my bike.
