which bikeshop opens one 3rd/4th day of lunar new year?

harlow guys..

 

got a prob here..

my rvf cld not start..

nothing happens after i press the start button..

no sound.. nth..

n my lights also did not light up.. even in high beam mode..

 

had to push start my bike to get it started n rode it home...

 

wonder any kind souls know how to fix or know any reputable bikeshops which open 3rd/4th day of lunar new yr.. =)

most likely battery dead.. as lights did not light up even on.. So i guess you just have to go to some where to charge up your battery or buy a new battery.. :)

1stly,

 

batt is not dead...

coz its only the headlights no lights..

the rearlights & signal lights were lighted.. =/

 

2ndly,

 

its the crank start button which cant even operate..

=/

cos some honda models hav the engine start and headlight sharing the same fuse.

is the fuse new?

or the metal legs hav being oxidised??

 

as for starter motor..

engage 1st gear while the engine is stalled, try push forward with clutch out.

try to press the starter switch again.. does it crank?? if do, starter carbon may be out..

starter doesnt crank..

so it might be the starter carbon..

as for the ignition fuse.. might be the problem also..

but the problem is..

how come my lights went out also..

only have rear lights.. no front lights.. =/

its new.. but according to old birds n mech..

the relay inside for the high beam is very thin like wire.. so it will fuse n disconnect low beam .. so need to change to another one.. or add on a switch plus mod the relay..

 

but the problem is now the headlights no light at all..

+ the starter cant crank.. =/

dunno wat fused them..

main suspect will be HID..

but my motordiam which i installed the light from opens next mon.. tats the prob..

i dun wanna spend more $$ to go another shop to repair this...

EO can DIY change mah.

Bro ur battery flat ah. Try go to someone wif the same bike, switch batteries. It should start. They u know what the problem is already :)

His doesnt even crank with the crank switch..Flat battery will give u a crank but doesnt provide enough power to crank the engine up..

 

Switch is ok, switch fuse doesnt work..Run start ok, bike able to move home without stalling..Front lights unable to power up..Happens after HID is installed..

Lab is open during CNY!!! lolx...

HKL shld be opening on the third day onwards if i not wrong..

anyway.. if u roam bukit merah/ubi/eunos industrial park after 3rd... den u will find some shops are opened...

 

The problem is now i dunhaf the EO mah.. :dozed:

 

U CAN GET EO AT ANY PETROL STATIONS OR HYPERMARTS.. lolx...
