For those going to Sepang, read this thread page 357 to 360... somewhere there we had a successful trip organised to Sepang and back.

 

ARC was set-up by a group of noobs sometime in 2006 and we even used to have our own Aprilia website sponsored by a lao jiao then. We had lots of fun including crazy trips to KL/Sepang, PG races, nightly meet-ups at Yishun Dam (once we have bikes parked alongside each other and up to 6 lamp post of friends - 200 over bikes of all make and models... gathered together - Lead by Aprilia Riders Club Singapore), crazy nights with too many gers but insufficient riders, 250s + 125s meet-ups, DIY sessions, etc... go back and read the pages then... you may find some quarrels, some good technical information on bike mods, some outing organizing tips, track tips, etc.... We missed our beloved friend " Hanz".. never knew if he awake after the horrible PG crash.

 

Now we are all old with kids... its time the next generation take over and have their fun...

mah or should i say a salesman.. rahim ask blasted girl to top up 800 sgd for her insurance... tat time he quote her 900+for her insurance.. now he say the insurance company does wanna accept so ntuc quote her 2.2k.....

 

this type of sales man also have... he say if i can find chaeper insurance i can go ahead.. then the girl say they are also forking out the damage..

 

i had once got trick by this idiot so guys becareful when dealing wit this type of salesman.. when wanan sell bike everything also can

Isa, trip organizer is always like that... many put name, some back out last minute. Only the insistance will get to really enjoy the ride & the trip. And you better book the Hotel now or you wont be able to get any. Last time I went, we had to squeeze 5 in a room and had to endure Amba singing his winning song for the few days...!!

 

For those going, top-up your 2T, bring extra 2 litre as spare. Mix extra 150ml of 2T to 10 litre petrol when going long distance. Keep constant speed at about 120km/h with a 30mins stop every 60mins of travel with occassional valve blast every 5 mins to prevent valve jam ( 2nd link Esso, Pagoh, Serembang... 3 stops enough) , and your bike should be fine. Waterproof everything. Cars & bikes cant go together. Either the driver curse & swear or the riders went crazy waiting.
