hey brothers.

anyone got any idea about making both my headlight bright up instead of only one side?

ur high-beam switch. u glue it on the mid of low and high beam.

both ur lite will lite up!

if u have a limited budget i'd advise u not to get it and instead put your purchase on hold. unlike your bajaj if anything is spoilt it'd cost alot more to get it fixed esp on old bikes where alot of stuff is due for replacement. hopefully u can get someone experienced to help u take a look. dont rush.. u will regret it

that's what i thought too. but the previous owner really maintained the bike well. that's what he claimed la. no proof. cos the only reason he want to sell is just because he wanna upgrade to GSX400. he told me he already changed this and that. anyway, as i've said, my spending budget is about $500 on this bike so is that considered limited or not? and yeah... i need someone experienced to help me take a look. that's why i would LOVE to get a veteran RS125 rider here to help me check out the bike.

You mean the bike you viewed the speedometer spoil? Or you dun like Analog Speedometer so you wanna change to digital speedometer?

Buying off from another biker is all about trust.. If you have doubts, dun buy.. Want to be 100% safe, buy 1st hand from shop lor.. But dun be like me, bring along someone reliable who know the people so u dun get chopped.. Pls do find someone knowledgable on RS to go with you..

And yes.. dun rush.. Slowly take ur time..

the analog speedometer spoil. so if i need to change it, might as well i change it to a digital one. the koso speedo seems quite value for money at about $300. and yes again, all i need now is someone pro on RS125 to verify on the bike for me. to check if the bike is really what it is worth.

if its the speedo cable problem just get it replaced, aftermarket that time i change less than 20 dollars, just hope its not your speedo gear or the speedometer itself that is spoiled. make sure you check which is the one that's spoilt before changing.

i'm not sure yet about that. after getting it, then i will send it down to bikeshop to check on it.

if you are really worried about fixing this and that means you really have a budget problem.

When owner wish to sell their ride.. They will say this good that good did that done that blah blah blah.

No proof = nothing is done

I kept all the receipts for the things i buy and fix on my bike.

be it alarm, full servicing, rear absorber, brake pad, tires, installment etc.

All stated with plate number and date.

Just in case i need to "convince" the buyer.

yeah.. sadly it's at $963. well, it's just $90/mth. hehe...

yeah true.. come to think of it... i saw an FBA plate tuono just now while surveying bikes with my friend. still in very good condition. but at a much higher price of cos. seems like my options are prefered towards the tuono. the rs125, i really2 like. but old plate and questionable things that may need to fix up. also, i tried many shops, not one can give reloan.

as for the tuono, it's just the looks that can't be compared to rs125 but i still like it much. also, i can easily get installment from the shop direct. now, perhaps i just need to push my old bike to someone then can change to a new ride.

btw, went to ubi also. went inside first motor. and somehow they were like giving me the hint NOT to choose aprilia for a bike. wonder why.

no la.. just 1. unless my both bikes mthly installment can go less than $300. for now, if i push my bike back to shop, perhaps can break even after refunding my insurance. but, i'll try selling in the forum first. hope to down as much as possible.
