It happens mostly on the older models....when ur engaging ur 1st gear, the gear didnt managed to engage poperly end up when ur releasing ur clutch for moving off the bike will start to roll back by itself instead of going forward like u hav engage a reverse gear....

bike? hee

great!! my starter motor just got fooked up, my guess is due to the rain, it can't stop turning, even when the bike's already started, it just keeps going on and on and on and on, till i turn off the key.

now the fact is... without even me pressing the start button, once i turn the key on the ignition the bike tries to start itself... how cool can that get?!...need help! anyone care to comment... darn bike is

don't like this lah...

wait people see, they will say Aprilia is a problematic bike liao..

hehe

hmm.. I have no idea leh.. I also want to empty my 2T tank cos that time went for

inspection, pour a cheapo smokeless 2T bought from Ah Boy ($4 1 liter) cheap leh.

Inspection passed, but still using the 2T hehe

I took a look at the 2T tank, it seems that I could just unplug the hose and drain

off the 2T, but I'm afraid that that's the adjustment for the 2T as well..

What I can advice is, go to your mechanic, look at how he do it, then next time you

can do yourself liao hee

I'm going to learn soon.

but a bit hard to deny that aprilia is not problematic mah... just need to learn a lot from it than u'd truly enjoy it, or else will be just endless frustration.

thing is my mechanic is u know which shop la, and don't let pple in to see wht they do to the bike also, so how?

when u learn already let me know lar

hi guys,

well first time i tried going past 8k rpm today, i didn't really get the woosh u guys talked about...weird though i do hav a powervalve.

once i hit 8k rpm i can hear a ppssssssttt sound like a lot of air going to the engine, sort of. the bike continues to rev up not to say it doesn't, just that there isn't a sudden jerk that the powervalve suppose to provide. i'm talking about on gear 3 and 4.

is something wrong?

try it at 1st gear or 2nd gear

that's where you will feel the great difference in the acceleration..

but one qn.. is a tunono 125 and a rs125 tune completely the same?

if not then maybe the reason y u dun realli feel the valve open is because of diff tuning loh

and ya my rs125 do get false neutral if i kick gear too fast bet 4-5 or 5 - 6

well life are made of memory... wats important are having a sweet memory, not y we cannt b tgt
