[aiyah im workin on dat day.now i got regular working hours :p my valve jammed.need ur help in removing it :faint:

 

Isa, just release both side screw of the valve cover, slowing and gently pull outwards a bit till there is a gap. Apply some petrol into the gap to soften the carbon around the valve. Apply few times and rock the valve a bit so that petrol can slip thru to soften those carbon inside. Bit by bit you can pull out the valve liao. Pls do not use hard object to force open the valve, either you break the valve cover or the valve. :)

 

i did try spray wd40 n gt85.i tried when the engine is still hot after riding but no success :(

DIY 6 Feb 9am.

 

Changing gear oil and checking valve. Might be changing carb jets too.

mr law , im meeting u ok .. Ard 11am .. Need my camera also ... hehe ...

Cos I haven't collect the bike from Mah Motors. Blastedgal gonna hate me for this >.

 

Will be collecting on 14th. 6th I'm free, got a replacement off for cny. But sadly no bike to ride over and learn stuff to DIY.

 

Anyone with plans on 14th/15th/16th? I applied leave for 14-15 and off day on 16. Thinking wanna ride around to familiarise myself with the bike.

Aiya, have to do it when bike is cold. When hot, everything expanded! When its hot, do not spray oil or petrol at the engine, very dangerous leh. Try it again. :) Note, WD40 is not enough to remove harden carbon. GT85 me not sure.

LoL! No la.. Even before I got my license I was already reading this forum. Read about how you got your bike from them and had to service the bike within a month or so of getting it.

Paiseh bro, I figured I needed the installment plan so I went out and found me one. But really la.. I dunno wtf the previous owner thinking. Why he/she spray it to baby blue sia?! Now I'll be stuck with that paintwork for at least 2mths or so. :|

its even small than e Dynamyx voltmeter which is sold out there..

Ya, there's another rider RS125 is also baby blue in colour staying in Jurong area but however i don't think he's a member here, he bought my previous bike and i happened to see on road a few months back, from my previous black to baby blue... Haiz... Wad a weird colour to go on RS??

very accurate and small,tiny voltmeter.. even has a buzzer to warn u when ur voltage is low.. the best compact voltmeter i have to date..
