Before you run your engine in, have you blueprinted it yet?

 

Google 'Engine blueprinting' if you'd like to keep your engine tip-top and not have to send it in for constant troubleshooting. If not, here's the spoonfeeding version:

 

Blueprinting is taking the entire engine apart down to the last bolt and nut and then removing all the machining burrs left over from the manufacturing process.

 

If you're lazy to blueprint it because you just don't care (ie. you're just riding the bike for 1 year then getting a bigger bike to compensate for your small pen...nvmd.), then run it in gently (rpm not above 7,000, speed don't matter jack, its the RPM and engine load), DO NOT try to change gears too early (under 4,000rpm) and put too much load on your engine. Ride normally but just keep the revs under 7,000rpm.

 

Then change your gear oil after the first 200km, then the next 500km, then 1000km. Subsequently, follow the User's Manual provided when you bought the bike.

 

You will see a lot of metal filings/splinters in the used gear oil. This is normal. It is crucial to flush the engine of any left over gunk from the factory.

 

DO NOT use 4T. You MUST use only GEAR OIL rated for 2-stroke motorcycles.

Ahh.. is there any products i can get rid of hairline scratches ?? i was cleaning my mirror and after that i realise there is alot of scratches..! i guess there's sand in my cloth when im cleaning it ):

 

Too late.

 

Buy new mirrors, and this time, use ultra-fine (AND CLEAN) microfibre cloth to clean your mirrors.

 

I use my Oakleys cloth to clean my mirrors.

 

If don't wanna buy new mirrors, then like Isa said, paint them chrome and hope no TP notices. hur hur hur

no , all the parts i left at mah motor , who will take home broken valve? -.-?

 

A valve will never break by its normal operation. It is only the mech using wrong method to extract out the valve & valve housing will break a valve. Only a person who lacking of analysis ability by nature need to learn thru this process.....a broken part is a learning tools......
